The level of incompetence and inability to problem solve by the tellers is second to none. If you want a soft hold put on a BMO to BMO check, this is your place. I’ve been banking here for 28 years, and the level of inconvenience created by some of the staff is ridiculous. You want to hold a check from another bank, cool. I get it. It’s like they’re TRYING to get replaced with kiosks.
