The Terrible female banker there told me my check was going to clear the next day She lied to me, and then put it in the system that the check may not be paid like its fraudulent so I had to wait 2 weeks to get my funds. Now I BMO careful with who I bank with.
Not open at 11am on a Monday.... useless
Terrible customer service
The BMO website and digital banking app are garbage.
It's very frustrating coming here to use the atm and it not working. Most times when I come it's "temporarily out of service". Went back to the bank today on September 5th and once again could not use the ATM because there was no cash in it. I'm about to take all of my money out of this bank and switch.
