If your looking for a new bank this is not the one for you. If your pondering switching banks and they offer promotion this is not the bank your you. If you do decide to go this route make sure you get any incentives in writing bottom line or they Will come up with some story how you didn’t earn it I and my husband ask 2-3 times at the time Signing up what needed to be done and when it was time for the bonus no where To be found and I will not name names her story changed . Here's an idea, don't rob people blind at your atm by charging $5 to withdraw. 2 bucks is already crazy, 5 is outrageous. I am thankfully not a member of any bank, but after seeing this, I would especially never be a bmo customer.
I work here because I have always been a customer and I believe in everything the bank stands for! Plus I love our customers!!
