With one car in front of me in the drive thru I shouldnt have to wait 25 minutes to be helped. Then to see other customers inside getting helped before I was taken care of is unacceptable. Was late for work because of the service here.
(one star since zero isn't an option) I've had multiple instances of fraud from May 13, 2024 with the most recent being January 2, 2025. It all started the day I call the Oconomowoc branch and spoke to someone to request that a cashiers check be available for me to pick up the following day as I was purchasing a new car. Being a longtime BMO customer I must take this time out of my day to tell you about my disappointing and often disheartening ongoing experiences at this branch. This Branch Manager, Hailey is by far THE most rude and unprofessional employee that I have ever encountered on any level of customer service!
