Got in and took care of my banking needs quickly and in a professional manner. Always polite and pleasant people to do business with. It's nice being able to talk with a person at a local branch that cares.
Phones must be disconnected? I received an "important notice" in the mail saying I need to call immediately.. but cant get through to the phone listed on Google or Michelle's listed in the letter. Do you really need to visit EVERY time something is wrong? If i go in and its something stupid, im closing my account.
