Good Location, Solid Bankers, Great Bank Manager!
Long time business customer but first & last time using this branch location. Funds from a business account held for 2 days. We have never ever had this issue with any other branches. I will use the Division street or Oswego branch and won’t use this location again.
Very RUDE staff! Came to withdraw cash, because the scheduled WIRE wasn’t processed by BMO by the Cut-off time, but instead of apologizing, I was asked to leave the branch! Leave the branch, because they don’t have that much cash... I believe this bank doesn’t have enough funds at all! That’s why they screwed me up with the Wire and couldn’t provide even with a half of the requested cash!
