Friendly and knowledgeable service
Staff does not know what their doing. None of the staff seems to know how to do their job properly. They pulled a hard credit check on my on a loan that they were automatically going to deny based on some internal new account policy. The managers don't know the policies either. the person helping me had to talk to their manager. And every time they talk to their manager they would come back with an "they don't know either". If you're going to go with BMO, don't waste your time with going inside. Just apply online.
The people at this location have always been very professional and friendly. Mind ATM outside though, it has tried to take $100 from my cash deposits on multiple occasions.
