Horrible customer service!
If I can give negative stars, I would I had the worst customer experience The representative had no emotion and was NOT helpful at all.
Horrible customer service and very unprofessional I came in to get a new card which usually takes about 15-20 minutes they told me I had to wait on the manager to get it printed and that I needed to come back when she wasn’t busy I came back 30 minutes later and she said I still had to wait when I expressed that it usually doesn’t take this long a employee printed it in 5 minutes which is what they could’ve done all along I will not be back and do not recommend!!!
