Horrible customer service and very unprofessional I came in to get a new card which usually takes about 15-20 minutes they told me I had to wait on the manager to get it printed and that I needed to come back when she wasn’t busy I came back 30 minutes later and she said I still had to wait when I expressed that it usually doesn’t take this long a employee printed it in 5 minutes which is what they could’ve done all along I will not be back and do not recommend!!!

Hola BMO Harris bank Team. Hoy día Bine a remplazar una de mis tarjetas. Y una persona que llama Juana. Me atendió muy amable mente. Ella y otra persona que estaba con ella a su lado. Creo se llama Liz. No estoy seguro. Pero personas como ellas ya ahí muy cerca pocas. Pues nada solo quiero agradecerles su amabilidad. Son unas gran personas. Lluvia de Bendiciones para ellas y el resto del equipo!!!
When my account was fraudulently accessed they did the worst "investigation" I have ever experienced! Now they are holding my disability check for extra days rather than releasing it so I can pay for my necessities.
