I wasn't expecting much help when I called, but I ended up on the phone with a very patient young man whose name I have forgotten who helped walk me through troubles setting up my online banking. He knew what he was doing!
Kudos to Carol Coleman and the entire staff at BMO Harris Bank for dropping the ball last year and completely destroying my mother's, Elizabeth Jeanne Link, accounts. Last summer Elizabeth and Cynthia Engdahl gave explicit instructions to Carol Coleman on changing the accounts to "Payable Upon Death" and she did not execute their instruction.
