KRAIG WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE TOLD ME THAT THE 2 CREDIT CARDS I SIGNED UP FOR WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR ALL THE DEBT I HAVE. AND HE SLIPPED ME A 20 OUT OF THE REGISTER. WHAT A STAND UP EMPLOYEE!
My husband and I changed to this bank from Wells Fargo. My husband has worked at the exact same place since we opened the bank a few months ago, needless to say that all of our deposits have been the same. This company tries to keep our money from us for very LONG periods of time with holds. We have done nothing to deserve this treatment either. Worst bank I ever went through. They blocked my number and I couldn’t call the 24/7 number because I asked for someone else to explain the situation better to me and after being on hold for 15 more minutes they hung up and that’s when they blocked my number. Worst customer service on the phone.
First day I walked in to open a account everybody was very helpful and speedy! The app performs very well.
