Cancelled my card after having it since 1993 ( it was M&I Bank back then.) NEVER paid late or utilized more than 25% of my limit and they completely cancelled it w/o warning. Only received a notice in the mail 12 days AFTER they cancelled my card. Had a few automatic payments set up with the card and those went UNPAID without my knowledge and caused issues and late fees with other service providers. KRAIG WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE TOLD ME THAT THE 2 CREDIT CARDS I SIGNED UP FOR WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR ALL THE DEBT I HAVE. AND HE SLIPPED ME A 20 OUT OF THE REGISTER. WHAT A STAND UP EMPLOYEE!
My husband and I changed to this bank from Wells Fargo. My husband has worked at the exact same place since we opened the bank a few months ago, needless to say that all of our deposits have been the same. This company tries to keep our money from us for very LONG periods of time with holds. We have done nothing to deserve this treatment either.
