My husband and I changed to this bank from Wells Fargo. My husband has worked at the exact same place since we opened the bank a few months ago, needless to say that all of our deposits have been the same. This company tries to keep our money from us for very LONG periods of time with holds. We have done nothing to deserve this treatment either. Worst bank I ever went through. They blocked my number and I couldn’t call the 24/7 number because I asked for someone else to explain the situation better to me and after being on hold for 15 more minutes they hung up and that’s when they blocked my number. Worst customer service on the phone.
First day I walked in to open a account everybody was very helpful and speedy! The app performs very well.
We made an appt at this Main Street branch to talk to someone about student / home equity loans. Wil was the absolute worst staff member have EVER dealt with at a BMO bank!!! He tried to cancel the appt just hours prior to the appt cuz they don't do student loans. We got there a bit early, and he actually told us he tried to pawn us off on his coworker, but she was still with someone else.
