Probably the slowest BMO branch in Indiana. I always make the mistake of going to the “convenient” drive thru. I’ve sat at the booth for over 10 minutes each time. There’s no employee at the drive thru. So I go inside. There are two bankers in their offices. The man working there is always walking around aimlessly. Most likely looking out the window at his motorcycle. In any case. I would avoid this BMO location. Unless you have time to waste.
Carol Ramos was helping me today cash a check for my elderly mother who was outside in the car(the drive thru is not open on Saturday) . BMO just closed their tipton branch , which was our branch, so they did not know us. Carol walked outside in the heat to meet my mom and verify that everything. She was very kind professional and helpful.
Service is great, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would give more stars if allowed.
