Pros: Jessica is amazing. Cons: I have NEVER experienced a worse phone system. I counted 12 menus to get to a person, who was not the correct person. No way to request a human or even get to the actual branch. A business is only as good as their communication channels.
We’re great service took a long time that was unusual for me with my other banking experience. But it’s done they have a joining promotion.
