Great customer service!
The whole thing was really confusing I was issued a bank of Montreal check in us funds but was told bmo is not bank of Montreal and that they could not help me even though on there website it lists them as under one conglomerate I left feeling very stupid and like I said confused felt very out of place there. If you're just an average everyday person it's probably not the place for you
I've had a BMO credit card for years and several subscriptions were linked to it. Suddenly all my transactions are bouncing. After calling and a prolonged wait on the phone, the agent said my account was closed as of March 31. Period. No comment. No reason. Good-bye. I was shocked, my account was current and by all standards, balance etc, was in good standing. On April 16 I received a letter. (See below.) It is their right to close the account. I would have liked some notice. You guys are classless.
Very friendly and customer oriented! Lori and her team are the best team I’ve seen in my many years of banking in and around St. Louis and other cities. I’m retired now and my banking needs are not as much as when I was younger but this is a very unique bank branch because they know your name and treat you like royalty. I’d bet money that you will not find a better bank branch out there among all of the banks and credit unions Scott Credit Union, PNC’s, Commerce, Region, and all the rest.
