I am a BMO customer from Canada. Lori, the bank manager, tried to help me reset my pin on my Debit card. After over an hour, she helped me as best she could and made me realize I wasn't stupid. The issue is the Canadian side. You knew I wasn't a customer but you went beyond the help I was receiving from my bank in Canada. Thank you for a "Job Well Done". You are a help that saved me from my personal ridicule.
They purchased my loan from another vendor had my account messed up with someone else's information to authenticate , they are taking payments and still not posted to the account trying to pay off my simple interest loan and this is evan a joke after them hitting my credit for 100 points going down, still shows I am late . Hopefully they will go away , online system sucks, customer service cant help , no one with actual knowledge just to pay them but yet keep adding fees ... at this point i am afraid I might have to get a la... read more
