One would hope that for a non-profit Girl Scout account the bankers would be helpful. Unfortunatley they are not. They were rude and unwilling to provide a bank statement when requested.
My experience has been so far, great. Their mobile app is pretty straightforward, easy to use. Their ATMs are far better than the older ATMs out there (although I really don’t trust the machines nowadays!) customer service was okay, I have only spoken to one banker and I forgot his name, but he was very kind and seem knowledgeable.
This my favorite location. Not just because I live close, but because everyone is friendly. Someone if not everyone will great you with a smile. Unlike other locations, this one makes you feel comfortable when handling business.
