Carlene was wonderful! She went above and beyond assisting me with getting a new checking account opened after mine was compromised. She, Cody and Chandler stayed after clslosing time to make sure I was taken care of, especially since it's a holiday weekend. They made a difficult time very easy and gave me one less, very important thing to worry about.
The worst bank I’ve ever had! The reps here are awesome but the bank is garbage.
I became a recent BMO harris customer and was impressed by the fast service at the bank. For a checking account, the process is pretty easy and you get the debit card right away which was impressive. However, I was disappointed by some other aspects of the bank. For it's credit card services, the bank manager who approached me told that it will be a soft check.
