I have had bad experience with this bank from get go, when I tried to cash their own check that was issued to me by my Employer as part of payroll, they wanted me to open an account to cash my check, when I told them I was not interested and that I already had two accounts with two credit union, they told me they would not cash my check unless I opened an account or paid them $10.00 to cash it, I refused to pay them to cash their own check they would not cash it, I am planing to tell my employer I will not accept a check wri... read more

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE – I have a concern about a worker at M&I Bank on Pearl St in Oshkosh. The kids name is Trevor and he seems very disconnected from life and his job. I have had several rude transactions done from him, and I have witnessed him being rude to co workers and other customers. I have noticed that he has been employed at that location for sometime, and it makes me question management that they would allow a person like that to work there. New Service was great .. as soon as I walked into the front door I had a great welcome and great service.. after doing some banking service .I was given a phone follow up as to how my service was and if I needed any more help .. where can you go and great great service without he big hassle of knowing they are going to bother you afterward .. Julie was super .. I like the Omor Rd. site . it's close easy access and the bank has a great staff .. I'll be happy to be a customer ..
