We've banked here for a long time. Staff are always friendly and professional.
Everyone in this bak are very nice and always ask how are you. When you leave they say have a good day. The Manager Eric is the best manager I ever came across very polite and happy and knows everything.
Not sure why the bad reviews in here. My guess these people don’t know how to bank. This is probably the best BMO bank branch I’ve been at hands down. Very helpful,friendly,and great location for me.
BRANCH IS FINE BUT TERRIBLE BANK - nothing wrong with this branch location, staff is great and helpful, but I opened an account with BMO, had a few transactions come in and then they froze my account. They then requested documents that I cannot produce (e.g. correspondence with a government office within last 90 days and I can't do anything about that since I have no reason to correspond with a government office right now).
