As I was done depositing I asked the white guy a question about my credit card I could hear him mumbled “ omg” under his breath like ??? I was being really nice to him the entire time and he was just in a sense of a rush . Will never come here again . My feeling were hurt especially since I’m Pregnant right now . He needs to change jobs if he can’t provide minimum customer service
I have been in this bank for 5 years and yesterday, May 15, I went to withdraw money from the ATM and they did not give me my money but they did remove it from my checking account and today I am going for a clarification and I have a photo and screenshot that I did not receive my money but Terrible service as always the bank only always tries to keep your own money
