BRANCH IS FINE BUT TERRIBLE BANK - nothing wrong with this branch location, staff is great and helpful, but I opened an account with BMO, had a few transactions come in and then they froze my account. They then requested documents that I cannot produce (e.g. correspondence with a government office within last 90 days and I can't do anything about that since I have no reason to correspond with a government office right now). As I was done depositing I asked the white guy a question about my credit card I could hear him mumbled “ omg” under his breath like ??? I was being really nice to him the entire time and he was just in a sense of a rush . Will never come here again . My feeling were hurt especially since I’m Pregnant right now . He needs to change jobs if he can’t provide minimum customer service
