Customer service is nonexistent. First, I closed a checking account on June 1 due to being assessed service charges even though the account was not to have any charges assessed if at least $1K was directly deposited every month. The bank allowed a debit to this account to occur on June 18. This threw the account into overdraft status. I notified the bank on June 18 and again on June 22 through their e-mail system that this was a fraudulent transaction (it was for a gym membership that I cancelled in May) but have had no reco... read more
