Very bad bank and the service is not good at all. I opened a personal account and saved a very good amount in addition to my full-time job. I have an additional income from food delivery. The first time I added a check, the bank added the full check to my account. Two days later, they took the check value again with the excuse that there was no balance. Amazing customer service!
I always like giving people a second chance after reading reviews. This branch is one of the worst. I don’t even come here that often. I have an account that I don’t use and needed to get my debit card updated so I can keep the account active. Banker was not professional in handling the situation and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. Mind you it’s a business account that I had opened from 2007.
