Worst experience, opened direct deposit account to get bonus but after 5 months no any bonus added, when calling frequently they hang up the phone between the call bringing interpreter varifying lot of questions, just to answer a question that why bonus is not deposited in account till I didn't received answer. I am not suggesting business with BMO keep away, going to close account soon.

My Entire family have been delighted customers of BMO for 30 years. I have visited at least 12 different locations including LincolnWood and received excellent customer service without fail. In Schaumburg, I found myself in a friendly discussion over which branch had the best staff.
I have to opine here due to seeing so many negative comments. Being a BMO Bank, NA customer for close to 17 years, I have had nothing but a positive experience at the Lincolnwood branch. None of the views I read explicitly mention the name of either a teller or personal banker. Therefore, my skepticism is high.
