I always like giving people a second chance after reading reviews. This branch is one of the worst. I don’t even come here that often. I have an account that I don’t use and needed to get my debit card updated so I can keep the account active. Banker was not professional in handling the situation and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. Mind you it’s a business account that I had opened from 2007. It looks like someone gave birth in their ATM area, and then they just opened for business as usual without cleaning it up. Who does that?
This is probably the WORST bank as well as a branch I have dealt with in 20 years of having financial accounts. They sent me multiple flyers in the mail for $600 checking account promo so I opened the account and followed all the steps. And to take advantage of $100 digital gift card I went to this brand to speak with a banker about my finances. I opened new account online and I went bank to deposit money. Since, I open account online I asked associates to give me temporary debit card but the associate denied my request and told me they could not issue any debit cards to me since I opened my account online. And, for all services requested going forward, I'll have to do it on my own since I opened my account online; they will not help me. He told me, I cannot visit bank branch to get any help.
