I love banking at BMO! They make it easy to make transactions and the employees have excellent customer service
Good Afternoon, I wanted to leave a review in regards to using the ATM at this Branch. I recently made a deposit using the ATM and it said it was a problem and that I needed to reinsert the bills, well the door open and their was no bills in sight for me to take out the cash and then the machine said I took too long getting the money out and it close and I did not get a receipt of my deposit. There is one person at the Calumet City location that is responsible for this branch having one star and that is Jerry Peters. He has a nasty energy and a condescending attitude. He has a habit of walking away while talking with him. That is not conducive for a person that works with the public. I avoid him at all cost! He needs to realize that there are other branches and other banks, but I’m sure he could care less either way!
