Mia is the sweetest, most caring person ever! She is so good at her job, and always delivers the best customer service.
I am working with my 87 year old on a refinance of her home equity and we together have been working with an agent at the branch who is out on vacation. I called today to try and discuss the issue with the branch manager who absolutely refused to assist even though she knew I am assistant my senior parent on this. If all our ducks weren’t at BMO after talking to ignorant and rude branch manager I’d close every account that’s there.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They are always courteous, and when needed, are available to assist with any matter that I bring up. They provide the friendly small town feel that you expect when banking local.
