I went to open up my fist bank account and the staff was very nice and welcoming! You must wear a mask when going into the bank, which is very safe. I live about 5 minutes away from the bank so it’s very convenient for me.

Cashed a check written from an account at there bank for $120.00 they charged a $10.00 fee because I dont have an account there. The currency on Torrence by the expressway have lower fees.
Terrible service from the start. John Velez is a terrible branch manager and doesn't know what he's doing. Lies to business about BMO's business model so he can make a quick buck once bonuses come around for him. He'll push products to anyone that walks in the bank so he can hit his numbers. He also opens accounts on customers profile without letting them know so the branch hits goals. Please stay away from this branch and the whole company entirely.
