Great bank and location but is now closed along with Indianapolis blvd location in Hammond kind of weird they opened and closed twice in a month when covid 19 checks came out. I might have to switch banks if calumet ave location closes.
Second BMO Harris Bank I went to today to try and open an account. The teller was nice but I was waiting 10 min for a banker to be done then asked if i can open an account and was told i had to wait 30 minutes for a conference call when a banker was clearly available. Completely unimpressed by the company as a whole.
Great service with very knowledgeable staff that helped me open a business account in minutes and not hours as other banks have said it would take. Karen had already done research on our company and started the process before I even arrived at the bank. I have been working with Karen at this location for 12 years and would not go anywhere else.
They are very slow. They only have one banker that can speak to you one on one. I went to open an account and I waited almost an hour.
