Unfortunately, I was racially profiled Saturday by Roy Jordan. I went in today to withdraw money from a check that I had deposited from an accident I was in. I wanted to withdraw money to go shop for a car. Roy Jordan's a teller at this bank. He said, "I don't feel comfortable giving you this amount of money ." Money that was available in my account. The money was not pending. All because I have tattoos and a bald head.
By far the best bank I have ever dealt with. They greet me by name and treat me like family. I trust them with my business accounts as well as my personal accounts. I will never go anywhere else, they genuinely are the best!
Poor service not trustworthy. Short a cash payment out. Seems they have stolen the Mutual of Omaha Bank building and are doing inter banking and fake statements. Using multiple computers to do transactions. I called FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Sign on building in picture is a wrapped covering up Mutual of Omaha Bank.

Awesome bank and the staff is incredible. I was coming out of a bad situation with my previous bank and I am so thankful that I found this team. They truly care about the success of my business and the ease of my banking and for that I am genuinely grateful.
