I went to get help with my Bussness card that was stolen all I wanted was to get the card pause or what ever they have to do to secure my account the moment I walked in I was not greeted ok fine, but when I went up to the women in the Bussness department named Maria did not even look at me and was very snotty there was one other teller helping another customer so I went to the person that was just sitting by her desk to ask a question and Maria was not helpful at all she looked at me with a careless attitude. Worst location in the Chicagoland area very unprofessional most of the staff is rude with an attitude, don’t get me started on the ATM 9 out of 10 times it will be out of service. Corporate should fire everyone at this location and start from scratch with people who are committed to customer service.
The worst experienced I’ve ever witnessed. Mgonz24 is rude, unprofessional and refuses to help the situation she created. She froze my sisters account and at first denied knowing anything. Then when asked when she can unfreeze the account after speaking to several people over the phone she advised she can’t unfreeze until her manager is back from vacation in 2 WEEKS.
