Worst location in the Chicagoland area very unprofessional most of the staff is rude with an attitude, don’t get me started on the ATM 9 out of 10 times it will be out of service. Corporate should fire everyone at this location and start from scratch with people who are committed to customer service.
The worst experienced I’ve ever witnessed. Mgonz24 is rude, unprofessional and refuses to help the situation she created. She froze my sisters account and at first denied knowing anything. Then when asked when she can unfreeze the account after speaking to several people over the phone she advised she can’t unfreeze until her manager is back from vacation in 2 WEEKS.
