Maybe they shouldn't use "The BMO Experience" as their slogan. I wouldn't wish my experiences on my worst enemy. Promised on two consecutive days to call back with an answer to a simple problem..... nothing, not even, "I haven't gotten an answer yet"......[crickets]. As someone who worked in banking for 40+ years, this is simply........ business as usual today.
Stephanie Velazquez is so rude. I went to cash a school check, and this associate banker not only was saying the amount of money I have in my account over a loudspeaker, she DID NOT ask me for my account passcode that I set on my account. It goes against my rights and privacy. I do not appreciate that. Instead of full listening to what I was saying she continued to speak what funds I have in my account three times. She needs proper training and disciplinary action needs to take place.
Please post your REAL phone number to save customers from the worst phone tree, I have ever experienced.
