Opened a new account decided to go to the BMO location for the first time on Howell and the banker lady who was overseeing was rude. Horrible experience unfortunately will not continue to bank with this organization and will stick to my original bank. Couldn’t print me any documentation of the account opening because I opened online. Recommending customer service training.
