I love this bank. Their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I highly recommend this bank to any first time business owner. Setup was quick, informative, and courteous of my zillions of first time business account questions and concerns.

I am very disappointed with the repeated treatment I’ve received from bank associate Christine Weis. On multiple occasions, I’ve been left waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes or longer, which feels dismissive and unprofessional. Beyond the delays, Christine has gone out of her way to make routine transactions like cashing checks or withdrawing funds unnecessarily complicated. Never have I been to a bank with such down right rude, judgemental employees! The women at the front desk are stuck up and just down right disrespectful! I came in to cash a check (,note I had the 2 forms of if they asked for) the woman looked me up and down in disgust and treated me as if the check was a fake. I don't know how a bank can be ran this way. Needless to say the person that issued the check to me promised to never pay me by check again,! Lol
Staff are always super helpful, shout out to the two ladies who work the desk, always super friendly. Also shout out to the bankers, they have helped me with all my card problems and made sure all my questions were answered!!
