Never have I been to a bank with such down right rude, judgemental employees! The women at the front desk are stuck up and just down right disrespectful! I came in to cash a check (,note I had the 2 forms of if they asked for) the woman looked me up and down in disgust and treated me as if the check was a fake. I don't know how a bank can be ran this way. Needless to say the person that issued the check to me promised to never pay me by check again,! Lol
Staff are always super helpful, shout out to the two ladies who work the desk, always super friendly. Also shout out to the bankers, they have helped me with all my card problems and made sure all my questions were answered!!
No problems so far. Sorry for everyone's problems. CHANGE BANKS IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED!!!
I have been to multiple BMO locations for my services but stop here because I was around the area worse customer service ever!! They need to train their employees to better serve customers!!!
Excellent customer service everytime!! Especially Amber and Cody! Although everyone is kind and professional these two are exceptional and always take care of my needs in a speedy manner.
