Seriously if you want to have people use you more for banking needs. Get bankers that give a shit. Even after telling the employee I wasn’t interested he decided to keep going on it. After I told said employee again ya I’m not interested gets all pissed off and his attitude changes. Don’t be in customer service if you can’t take no for an answer.
I applied for a credit card, and even though I updated my address at the bank months ago in person, the card was sent to my old address. This wasn’t just a one-time mistake — it shows poor attention and responsibility. When I went to the branch, the staff blamed me instead of acknowledging their error. As a customer, I expect more care and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.
