I applied for a credit card, and even though I updated my address at the bank months ago in person, the card was sent to my old address. This wasn’t just a one-time mistake — it shows poor attention and responsibility. When I went to the branch, the staff blamed me instead of acknowledging their error. As a customer, I expect more care and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.

They call themselves a bank but they don't want to handle coins for their customers. They have no change counter! Extremely sad! Poor service
