Came in today at this BMO branch on August 9th at around 11: 30 Walked into the lobby and waited to have a teller open. Not long of a wait mind you. The reason I wanted to have a teller to help me, is due to the fact I wanted to withdraw a large sum of Cash. Not realizing I could of withdrawn this large amount of Cash outside at the BMO ATM. Go anywhere but here. I needed a medallion signature due to a family death. The personal banker, Shane was acting like it was his bank. He was brusque and borderline rude. He said the documents would be ready in a week. I returned 8 days later with another document that required a medallion signature, and inquired about the first one.
