This bank is absolutely the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Have a problem, need an explanation, want information.... forget it. No one ever calls you back. You keep getting handed off and no one is willing to take the time to look into a problem and try to find a resolution. There is no such thing as customer service. The last VP I talked with said he would get back to me and that was November of 2017. I am still waiting. They need to be reported! Stay away from this bank!
I stopped in the bank to open an additional account. I already have three existing. I had over $8,500 in cash with me which I don't like carrying. I was told to come back and schedule an appointment or go to a different branch. Insulting and rude. I already have established accounts. Could a teller or one of the four people I saw working in there not assist me?
