No one answers the phone!! Or returns the phone calls. Now I have to drive to 45 minutes to get some service. I’ve had an account for over 50 years and they can’t even return a phone call?!
Some of the nicest staff at this location... came In to inquire about CD rates which I found BMO has the best ! Ended up opening several accts that day .
This place was the epitome of “don’t bother us with business”. When my father passed, he had accounts here and it took 3 trips to get the funds. Worst part was that he had an IRA that they wouldn’t convert because it was too low in value. They would only convert it at .01% interest rate (over $5k CD rates were over 4.0%). So I was forced to withdraw funds and take a 10% tax hit. Insult noted and now I’m never gonna bank with BMO again.
