This has turned into the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They steal money from your accounts through implementing new fees that you never agreed to. They sell mortgages to other banks and then the payments get all jacked up and the customer has to spend time trying to fix it. Their dispute resolution process is virtually non-existant. Very low class. I suggest you go elsewhere as a loan shark on the corner would offer better service!
