Good service, but Google Map is marking a wrong direction. I came from another city which took 1 hour drive, and I followed Google Maps to this address, but this led to an intersection in residential areas without any bank or commercial activities there. So pay attention if you are new to the area too. The right address should be 4106 State Road, 93 WI-93, Eau Claire, WI 54701, United States. And in Google Map, they say it’s Bank of West.

Because of an accident or fraud, another bank pulled a $3k ACH withdrawal from our account. We immediately came to the bank to close the account, open a new one and start an investigation.
