I am having a problem with an electronic payment from my BMO checking account to another bank. Twice in the last 2 weeks I have called Felicia and asked her to please call me back and help me resolve the issue. To date, she has not even returned my call. Extremely poor customer service.
I asked 3 times for a paper copy of my accounts over a 3 week period. Never received them. "Nick" and "Erica" insisted that they were mailed. As a result, being disabled and housebound my medical insurance was canceled. I understand that I am poor. I understand that I don't matter to them. But I matter to me and other people. Customer service number is terrible, bank is terrible I don’t know if it’s all banks lately.
