I asked 3 times for a paper copy of my accounts over a 3 week period. Never received them. "Nick" and "Erica" insisted that they were mailed. As a result, being disabled and housebound my medical insurance was canceled. I understand that I am poor. I understand that I don't matter to them. But I matter to me and other people.
