When you first go inside the building it seems like nice real estate! Brand new- they are still trying to figure out how to add the new address to their website. But the people… haha no way better to just have a drive up window and a recorded voice! Make an appointment…or don’t! Hold deposited money after asking how long for funds to clear from a car dealership check, but can’t get check back within 24 hrs to take elsewhere, clear the funds then like promised …. Fake people with a condescending attitude that don’t know the banks policy but tell you what you want to hear. Manager is a women that wants to be a man and has a poor attitude and superiority complex. Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service we receive from Alyssa. She truly cares about her customers and it shows in the service she provides. I would highly recommend banking at this branch.
When I first stepped into this Branch, the Manager...Phil...was amazing. Of course, he was a New Yorker and an amazing Manager. We made lots of deposits and created several long-term CD's and IRA's. Phil's regional manager never smiled and seemed like she was always miserable. Phil brought a former colleague on board at this branch, Simon...and he was amazing, as well.
