Great bank. Was able to get my debit card same day set up my direct deposit.
This branch struggles with basic processes and commonly makes errors filling forms on the computers. So many errors. So many return trips to try and get one task done.... bankers are supposed to be able to count, and do forms? What happened to BMO? I have never given 0 stars but wow... I wish. Worst service of any place I have ever been. Astonishingly bad and lacking in ability, skill, and training.
When all the way there to use the ATM and it doesn't work 18 miles out of the way
Joint account shared with my son. He moved and forgot to update his address BMO attempted to contact him unsuccessfully so they closed down the joint account even though payroll checks and monthly payments being made on the account. His payroll checks are being returned and is unable pay monthly expenses because his accounts have been closed they say they mailed the check yet it's been 4 weeks now.
