AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst credit card experience I've ever had. I was a loyal credit card customer for 10 years and out of the blue the bank after "internal review" decided to cancel my account WITHOUT notifying me. I paid my bill every month with auto pay and had my account in good standing, so there was no cause for this closure. It was only when transactions started to be declined that I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. Terrible branch and terrible workers/ bank tellers. We have had nothing but bad experiences since opening up our business account 3 months ago at this exact location. After this last issue we will most definitely be switching banks!
Pack of crooks. I had given them CLEAR instructions Not to renew but they did the opposite. I have been trying to get a hold of Josh Prophet but NEVER get a call back. No one t the Olathe branch answers the phone.
Nice branch helpfull staff. Parking lot.
