AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst credit card experience I've ever had. I was a loyal credit card customer for 10 years and out of the blue the bank after "internal review" decided to cancel my account WITHOUT notifying me. I paid my bill every month with auto pay and had my account in good standing, so there was no cause for this closure. Terrible branch and terrible workers/ bank tellers. We have had nothing but bad experiences since opening up our business account 3 months ago at this exact location. After this last issue we will most definitely be switching banks!
Pack of crooks. I had given them CLEAR instructions Not to renew but they did the opposite. I have been trying to get a hold of Josh Prophet but NEVER get a call back. No one t the Olathe branch answers the phone.
Nice branch helpfull staff. Parking lot.
