I had a really positive experience at the BMO branch on Palmbrush Trail on August 21, 2025. The banker I met with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process simple and stress-free. It felt like they really cared about making sure I understood everything and left with what I needed. Absolutely horrble customer service!!! Closing all my accounts immediately!
Usually was easy in and out of this place but the one Spanish lady kept pushing me to get a credit card when I told her 3x I didn’t want one and my reasons and she went with it anyways. Very annoyed, and I won’t go to this branch anymore if she’s there.
Incredible staff from Top to bottom. Always treated with a smiling face and respect. A bit like the good old days. Thank you
