If I could give no review I would. I have been going to this bank FOR YEARS! Today I felt so hurt by the service I was given. I might even move banks from it. I went in to get change for some 100 dollar bills as we are going on vacation and I don't like big bills. The lady helping me got super flustered and then said I'll just put it in an envelope. Walked in and no one even acknowledged me for 5 minutes. Pretty horrible customer service.
Just open up my business account to gentlemen Tony was very nice very nice people I met the vice president I'm glad that I opened up my business there now so if I recommend anybody yes this is a place to across the United States as I recommend anybody that's coming across the United States if you're going to open a the great Bank
So ridiculous!!! Locked my account that I already had due to I opened a savings and had to verify it was me are you kidding me!!!!! It was under my account So yeah it was me!!! Won’t let me use my account till I verify with a utility bill and my id This is place is a joke I am closing my account tommrow Good riddance I will be going with TruStone!
