Recently set up a small business account at this branch. Donna and Christine were great considering I walked in on a Friday 4pm!!
Been banking with BMO Harris for over 8 years. Been using this branch for the past 3 years. Have a savings , checking , and almost paid off auto loan with them. But the customer service is terrible. The women make snarky comments. Whenever I’m in over draft even though I have a line of credit they always make sure to let me know. Couldn’t even refund 75 dollars for a safety deposit box that got auto renewed the same day. Go to a different location. They don’t value their customers. They just want your money .
They don't accept direct express cards This is an SSDI government issued card. Should be accepts everywhere
