I love this BMO branch. The staff is very courteous and professional. I known the manager for many years. She is a great banker and always willing to help small business owners and her community. Perfect customer service all the time.

I've been a customer of BMO Bank since they took over Wachovia Bank ~ around 2008. I used to love this bank, but their turnover of employees is worse than McDonalds. Every time I visit my branch bank there's a new manager and new tellers. Lately the new manager there treats me like a criminal...asks me a zillion questions. No relationship building with her...just the "get out of here" attitude. This morning I went to go deposit a $27,515 check and she said "it's too big"...basically thought I was defrauding the bank.
