I have been banking with BMO since 2017 and have never had an issue until now. BMO recently engaged in a branch divestiture, but due to their negligent record-keeping, they failed to process the address update I requested back in the March/April timeframe. It was time to do a little banking. There's always a nice person to sit down with you to help.
This location is consistently understaffed. It took over 8 minutes for a transaction at the drive through window. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told it was because there was only one teller. This is for the location on Long in Shawnee.
