I called the next day and finally got a claim number but still no call from the manager. I called BMO on the 3rd day to find out they didn't file the claim correctly and customer service had to do a new claim. Called and left another message for Hannah the manager. I went in to ask questions and needed help completing application Hana said she would assist me but that never happened poor service.she then went on to lie in my face in telling me she would follow up with me today that never happened as well
Candice is the worst teller I've ever encountered. Very rude. Don't waste your time going to thus branch. Absolute nightmare
Amazing service in opening a checking account. Mrs. Urfi Tariq helped me and was great! Recommend her for anything you want to get done and BMO!
