Unfortunately had a poor experience here. I don't have an account with BMO but I did use the ATM and they charged $3 for every transaction through the ATM which I guess is okay but the ATM spit out a bunch of 50s and I needed 20s so I went to the window and the woman told me she couldn't change my money even though I just paid their surcharge fee and got $500 out of the ATM. Seems crazy to me that they can't help you out when you just paid them a surcharge fee to take money out of their bank.

Staff is very attentive to the needs of both individuals and businesses.
For the most part this particular property has been exceptional. However I had issues with my account and a certain bmo Harris employee called was extremely rude and hung up on me. I tried to explain myself and my Co workers witness this very unprofessional help. At the end of this I'm still a customer. You don't just get upset and hang up on the customer. Totally unacceptable under any circumstances. Especially when I was not rude in the least. Thank you Justin Murphy
