Good rates and more My appartment's mortgage is through Harris, and everything went smooth. I was able to get my hand on a very good interest rate (although that really doesn't have much to do with who gives you the money), and everything has worked out quite well. There was one time when a conflict arose becuase of the postal service, but that was cleared within 24 hours, and no late fees were applied. If you are in the Orland area and need a mortgage, I would definitely recommend Harris.
