Went to drive through, fast service and friendly service.
Switched to bmo because my other bank was sold. Their customer service was very poor. BMO froze my account claiming possible fraud. Tried contacting through web and basically told "too bad" Never in 50+ years had such a bad experience. I will be switching banks again.
Understaffed and super slow. No one steps up to help at the counter. Outside ATM is often broken. Thinking of changing banks. What says it all is that the bank responds below with an additional time wasting request for me to contact them to provide more information. Good customer service and service recovery would be for them to call or text me to learn more about the situation. Perhaps offer something in return for the information and inconvenience.
