Good customer service
Kendyl is the most patience and understanding teller there will ever be. She goes above and beyond every time I see her. I have been seeing her for 5 years and I can't wait to do more business with her.
This is the 5th time in couole months that ATM is unable to process withdrawals or deposits. I had to drive all the way to decalb to do a transaction on a Sunday. (Had to buy something in kingston) absolutely absurd!!!
20 minutes into a phone call and I can't get anyone at the branch location on the phone. sending me through the robot loop with endless unsolicited info. press zero for operator and it sends me back through the list. Will be taking my money somewhere else
The employees at this location don’t know their left foot from their right foot. 🤦🏼♀️ I called for a fraudulent charge on my account that they apparently “couldn’t see” but I could see it. I told them I don’t shop at this place and I haven’t since last year and they basically said I was screwed and offered no solution besides giving me a new debit card. This is why whenever I get a deposit it is automatically taken out of my account by me because I can’t trust them to help me if something goes wrong. 🤦🏼♀️
