The staff was very friendly and professional!
Extremely difficult to work with. I went in with all of my information to open a new business checking account, got bounced around a couple of times between people, and they were incompetent in getting the new account open. I opted to withdraw my application and take my money elsewhere. Bad customer service. I immediately went to PNC and opened up a checking there in less than 45 minutes without a problem.
Robb and the team are amazing. I needed something for a property transaction last minute and they were able to accommodate me on a Friday one hour before the bank closed. Very happy with this location!
