Extremely upsetting experience. Feel underappreciated as a customer. When your mistakes mess with people's deposits and accounts, that can mess with their lives. AND there is nothing that can be done except to wait for research to be done on the account. The research will be done and ultimately the mistake fixed, but nothing can be done "your hands are tied" to make up for this mistake.
No a member...won’t become one. They charge you to cash a check drawn from an account held by them...HOW DUMB! They will only cash a check from a BMO account only if approved by a manager...and they will charge you to cash it!!! What a scam!
Showed up to the drive thru window yesterday around 5 pm and watched a male employee on his phone and waited a couple mins for him to put his phone down and come over and help us. It’s my little sisters bank mind you. But she asked if she could put money order on her account and his reply was cocky and ignorant. Another lady pulled up and I heard him greet her happily and another lady randomly appeared and helped her. Customer service sucks when your brown! If I could give 0 stars I would. The $ bonus they offer for opening a new account is just a scam. So don’t fall for it. My mom has been promised a $300 bonus for 5 months and now today they are blaming her. Do not fall for the tricks and find a different bank!
